Join us for a Neuro Pilates class that progressively builds intensity through the use of props and mindful movement techniques. This class blends traditional Pilates with adaptive mobility practices, starting at a beginner level and gradually advancing.
The focus is on enhancing stability in key joints—particularly the shoulders and hips.
We incorporate a variety of props, including: • 36-inch foam rollers • Therabands or rubber straps • Yoga blocks • 10-inch resistance balls (inflated or deflated to adjust difficulty) By participating in this class, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being, and you waive any and all claims of liability against Victoria Walters.
